An early and intense 2024 harvest capped a difficult year of national struggle. Weather was mostly on our side, with average rainfall 25% above our long-term norm. Following moderate temperatures through late May, June brought a historic heatwave, with daily highs soaring 4.5°C (8°F) above average.

Our first harvest day, July 30, marked our earliest start since 2010, and the harvest concluded in just 10 weeks – only the third time under 11 weeks in 30 years. Though yields were down, grape quality remained strong. Despite the heavy national atmosphere, our team’s resolve carried us through another successful harvest in the most challenging of times.
